Why You Gotta Make Things So Complicated. As i grew up, i learned how people like to make things a lot more complicated than they should be. It is hard to recount the feelings of first arriving so i am just going to attach part of an email i sent to dan when i first got here:

When you've identified that "Why", you will be able find your "Way". How can these things differ? "Why" is your purpose. "Way" is your path. Once you have found Your "Why", your path instantly has a goal. It makes life more rich and meaningful as you are able to see the reason you are on the journey in the beginning.
Does the "Why" always comes first? Can you figure out your way and then figure out your "Why"? Perhaps you are wondering. Which comes first? The good thing is that both are possible to come first. If your "Why" comes before the means, your ability connect with the power of significance will come more quickly and quickly become more effective.
Think of it like this. Have you ever wondered why many usually find great pleasure in packing for a vacation? They spend weeks building up excitement and looking forward for those summer days on an idyllic beach or a trip to the slopes of their favorite ski resort. So they select every thing that will go into the suitcase with great care.
When you're getting ready for a memorable trip, the majority of your time is concentrated on your goal for the trip. This is why it's more enjoyable to pack for an excursion than to get it all out afterward. This concept can be applied to our lives. Whichever path you choose, you will have the ability to tackle things more effectively because it is clear to you the motive behind being there.
